Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the entry and dimission procedures of employees, and timely update the personnel status; Responsible for assisting the human resources department to do a good job in employee performance evaluation, hourly shift to the right and other personnel relations;
2. Organize employee communication and timely follow up and feedback on problems;
3. Responsible for the recruitment interface with the headquarters;
4. Responsible for contacting and communicating with all departments and organizing meetings.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above in human resource management, administrative management, Chinese, secretary, Chinese language and literature or related majors;
2. Excellent written and oral expression skills, strong affinity and service awareness, excellent communication skills and strong decision-making ability;
3. Careful, principled, good executive ability and professional quality;
4. Familiar with relevant national labor laws and regulations, and familiar with the work process and operation mode of human resource management.
